The Barnabas Health Behavioral Health Center (with Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus Behavioral Health Services) constitutes a freestanding 100-bed acute care psychiatric facility which provides inpatient and intensive outpatient programs for adults and older adults diagnosed with psychiatric and dual disorders. The LPN is a technical caregiver who administers nursing care under the direct supervision of a registered professional nurse. Required: Graduated from an accredited program of Practical Nursing Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient computer skills Certifications and Licenses Required: Licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse BLS certification Maintains required Heart Saver CPR Certification/course completion status Preferred: Prior experience in a behavioral health setting helpful
