You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current state LPN/LVN licensure required
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification as required per facility policy
✓De-escalation Training as required per facility policy
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program required
Qualifications
✓Knowledge of basic nursing principles, medication administration, and patient care procedures
✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and the healthcare team
✓Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
✓Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
✓Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to patient-centered care
✓Ability to lift and move patients and equipment as necessary
✓Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a medical/surgical setting preferred
