As an LVN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will: Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuously evaluate patient progress. Provide specialized care for patients requiring ventilator support, tracheostomy management, enteral feeding, and other complex medical interventions.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately. Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate significant changes to the clinical team. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and family members to support positive patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and disease management. Respond effectively in urgent situations and provide appropriate clinical interventions.
Support a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic home environment for every patient.
