Dallam Hartley Counties Hospital District invites you to become an integral part of our team! We are looking for a LVN to join our Nursing Home. Under the supervision of a RN and/or physician, the LVN will provide exceptional patient care in a nursing home setting.
Essential
Assesses and records patient vital signs, blood pressure, pulse, temperature and respirations, weight and length measurements as appropriate for age as evidenced in chart review. Assists with and prepares patients for exams and procedures after assessing patients understanding and consent. Ensure patients progress by following up with the patient and ensuring medication is picked up on a timely basis.
Provides care appropriate for the neonate and the pediatric, adolescent and geriatric patients served based on demonstrated knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span. Maintains a current inventory of supplies and periodically reviews the stock levels needed with the supervisor, maintains exam rooms and laboratory in the same manner Advantages and
