Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist Lead Lead the Team. Advance Imaging. Elevate Patient Care.

As an MRI Technologist Lead at Froedtert South, you'll combine advanced MRI expertise with leadership and operational support to help ensure safe, efficient, high-quality imaging services. You'll serve as a resource to technologists and other team members while continuing to provide exceptional patient care and diagnostic imaging.

Perform advanced and routine MRI examinations according to established protocols. Serve as a clinical and technical resource for MRI staff. Support daily workflow, staffing, and patient flow within the MRI department.

Promote compliance with MRI safety standards, protocols, and quality requirements. Assist with troubleshooting equipment and resolving workflow challenges. Provide guidance and support to technologists and other team members.

Help orient and train new employees and support ongoing competency development. Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Monitor image quality and support quality improvement initiatives.

Assist leadership with department projects, process improvement, and operational needs. Continue to provide compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the imaging experience. What We're Looking For Be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography and ARRT registered in MRI within 1 year of hire.

OR Be certified by the American Registry of MRI Technologists (ARMRIT) in MRI, or the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) as an MRI technologist (RTMR) OR Be certified by the ARRT in Radiography, Radiation Therapy, or Nuclear Medicine and/or have appropriate state licensure and have supervised clinical experience in MRI scanning OR Have an associate degree in an allied health field or a bachelor’s degree and certification in another clinical imaging field and have supervised clinical MRI scanning experience.

BLS and/or CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire. Strong understanding of MRI safety and imaging procedures. Strong MRI technical knowledge and demonstrated clinical competency.

Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to mentor others and serve as a positive role model. Pay & Benefits $33.00 - $52.50 + Lead Differential | Differentials for PMs, Nights, Weekends Pay is based on experience.
