Under close supervision, performs variety of minor repair and maintenance tasks to provide a safe environment for patients and staff. Essential
Assemble/repair equipment furniture and shelving. Replace drawer glides, drawer handles, and hinges. Move furniture and equipment Remove/install wall-mounted signs, dispensers, and holders Replace ceiling tiles Change light bulbs Adjust door hardware Assist with minor plumbing repairs Assist with minor repair of non-medical equipment Assist in preventive/corrective maintenance tasks Change water filters Repair of manual window blinds, privacy curtain track mechanisms Adjust thermostats for customer comfort level Clean mechanical and electrical areas including machinery and filters Assist with transport needs upon request using company vehicle Qualifications
