When you join RadNet as a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: Perform regular maintenance tasks, replacing lights, filters, etc. Performs minor fixes, such as repairing damaged walls, painting & patching throughout the centersWorks with tools, including hand and electrical toolsInstall appliances and equipment as neededCheck control panels and electrical wiring to identify issuesMaintain grounds by collecting trash, window cleaning and pest controlEnsures repairs are completed in timely manner in order to avoid accidentsReplace or repair locker and cabinetsReplace or repair doors, to include changing of locks and keys.

Replace ceiling tiles and light fixtures Minor flooring repairSmall equipment removal, desk, computers, refrigerators, microwavesMounting of various items, signs and art workData network cabling and repair under the supervision of ITPerforms minor electrical and plumbing tasksRelocation of office furniture and equipment,Delivering equipment and supplies as well as site clean-up. Upkeep of all company vehicles and maintain tools.

You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues. You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:Valid Driver’s license, in good standing. High School Diploma or equivalencyAt least 2 years’ experience in facilities maintenanceMust be prepared to complete assigned tasks after hours or weekends in order to not interfere with the operations of the centerBasic understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentryMust demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer service orientedMust be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and able to multi-taskExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWe Offer:Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision coverages.
