Position: Director of Maintenance - Full Time NHC Cookeville is seeking a Maintenance Director who is able to deal tactfully and effectively with patients, families, fellow partners and visitors.

The qualified applicant for this position must have at least 2 years experience in maintenance and various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Healthcare experience preferred. Duties include : planning, directing and supervising maintenance program of the physical plant and its medical equipment maintaining electronic records of work performed and costs involved advising and consulting with administrator on maintenance and repair needs concerning structure, equipment and grounds tactfully cooperating with patients and families
