Maintenance Mech HVAC II - Facility Ops (Full Time) - 8060

St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a HVAC II for our Facility Operations Department. The Maintenance Mechanic HVAC II, under the supervision of the Director of Facility Operations, Maintenance Manager or designee, performs duties relevant to, but not limited to, maintenance, replacement and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, air handling distribution systems, steam distribution system, medical surgical vacuum systems and medical gas systems which covers electrical operations.

Duties include monitoring, adjusting, and programming the Energy Management System to maintain peak efficiency on utility systems. Duties include, but not limited to, making repairs to the above systems. This position requires you to be a resource for contractors and staff as needed on projects when required.
