This position will require on call rotation to support our Clearfork facility. Here’s What You Need:High Diploma or Equivalent required4-year Journeyman or Master level trade License (electrical, plumbing, HVAC Contractor, etc.) required upon hire.1 year of Supervisory or Lead experience required3 years’ experience working in a healthcare facility preferredCentral plant experience with HVAC controls/BAS troubleshooting highly preferredAdvanced Building Automation System (BAS) expertise higly preferred DL - Driver’s License Upon Hire requiredCHFM (Certified Healthcare Facility Manager) is highly preferred
