CHFM (Certified Healthcare Facility Manager) is highly preferred
Education
✓High Diploma or Equivalent required
Qualifications
✓4-year Journeyman or Master level trade License (electrical, plumbing, HVAC Contractor, etc.) required upon hire.
✓1 year of Supervisory or Lead experience required
✓DL - Driver’s License Upon Hire required
3 years’ experience working in a healthcare facility preferred
Central plant experience with HVAC controls/BAS troubleshooting highly preferred
Advanced Building Automation System (BAS) expertise higly preferred
