2 of the most recent 4 years’ experience performing maintenance duties in a specialty craft Proficient in the use of a volt/Ohmmeter One of the following: Completion of an Apprenticeship Program in electrical, HVAC, plumbing or carpentry 2 of the most recent 4 years’ experience performing maintenance duties And Working knowledge of a minimum of 2 of the following crafts: Maintenance Mechanics Electrical Carpentry Painting HVAC/Refrigeration Licensure, Registration, Certification: Active Unrestricted Class D U.
S. driver’s license Desired
Completion of a two-year technical school program
