Certifications
HVAC, EPA Certification, Certificate in Refrigeration preferred
Qualifications
✓Excellent Communication Skills verbal and written

✓Decision making skills- ability to deliver quick response with ultimate decision-making skill.
✓Detail oriented- A single medication/diagnosis mistake can cause severe risk of the life of a patient.
✓Critical Thinking Skills- Self-sufficient and adaptive to changes and situations.
✓Computer Skills- Ability to use EMR, Computer programs etc.
✓Organizational & Time Management skilled
✓Compassionate -Compassion is the intention to relieve the suffering of others (patients). It arises with the recognition of the universality of suffering and the realization that all living beings desire happiness.
Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems. preferred
Strong understanding of general maintenance process and methods. preferred
Tools: Working knowledge and ability to operate a variety of equipment, lawn mowers, small hand tools. preferred
Communication- Good written and verbal communication skills preferred
Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills preferred
Interpersonal Skills – Ability to work with all levels /staff through the facility in a professional, positive manner. preferred
