You’ll need
Education
✓High School Diploma or GED.
Qualifications
✓Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and an interest in developing technical skills in HVAC, mechanical systems, and building maintenance.
✓Ability to safely use common hand and power tools and learn technical skills through instruction, hands-on training, and field experience.
✓Ability to work both independently within demonstrated competencies and collaboratively as part of a skilled Facilities team.
✓Strong communication skills, reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
✓Valid Vermont Driver's License with a safe driving record.
✓Familiarity with HVAC equipment, mechanical systems, or Building Automation Systems is beneficial but not required.
Previous experience or vocational / technical education in facilities maintenance, HVAC, construction, mechanical work, manufacturing, automotive repair, building trades, or another hands-on technical field. preferred
