Repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and install building systems, utilities, and equipment Work on electrical systems, including 120/208/277/480-volt equipment and related power and control devices Install and repair piping, valves, fixtures, and other mechanical systems Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing to keep equipment operating efficiently Maintain hospital buildings and off-site properties to ensure they remain safe, attractive, and functional Recommend replacement parts and assist with maintaining inventory Collaborate with hospital staff, contractors, vendors, and other departments to support daily operations What We're Looking For: Associate's degree in a related field, completion of a technical program, or 5–7 years of maintenance experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and building systems Working knowledge of applicable codes and safe work practices A dependable team player with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship Why You'll Love Working Here: Every repair you make and every system you maintain helps ensure exceptional care can continue without interruption.
