Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs. Keeps current on maintenance logs and documentation. Manages and maintains tools and equipment in good working condition.

Collaborates with other departments to ensure maintenance tasks do not interfere with operations. Other duties as assigned. Performs essential repairs and other duties as requested.

Assists in tests, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under direct supervision. Responds to in-house work orders and preventive maintenance tasks on a daily basis and in a timely manner. Responds to emergency calls and takes call in accordance with facility needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Must be able to read, write, and speak conversational English RequiredAbility to read, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals RequiredAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists RequiredAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volumes RequiredKnowledge of safe handling tools and equipment RequiredBasic Microsoft Office computer skills RequiredProficient in the operation of gas and electric outside equipment and tools PreferredAbility to read and understand work orders RequiredAbility to enter data in CMMS System RequiredComplete all work as assigned RequiredEducation:High School Grad or Equiv RequiredWork

1+ year experience in healthcare setting PreferredLicenses and

Driver's License (DL) RequiredPhysical
