Education required to achieve mandatory certification
1-year clinical experience with Mammography experience preferred License and
Radiologic Technologist (CRT) required at hire. Integrative Agitation Management (IAMTAC) required within 30 days of hire Radiology Mammography (RHM) preferred at hire. Prerequisite
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in the performance of diagnostic studies for patients of all age groups from infant to geriatrics Must be able to demonstrate specific competence in the performance of all Mammography related studies and procedures By their actions, technologists will demonstrate the ability to interact and communicate with all contacts in a professional, caring and effective manner May occasionally be required to participate with Quality Improvement activities Patient Privacy (HIPAA Compliance): Employees in this position have access to protected health information.

- Demonstrates competence to perform all imaging procedures as outlined in the department policy and procedure manual Demonstrates competence in all Breast Imaging procedures including Screening Mammography, Diagnostic Mammography, Biopsy/Needle placement procedures, and minimally invasive studies Accurately presents patient studies for interpretation.
