Job Summary and Qualifications Under the direction of the Department Manager and according to department policies and procedures, operates mammographic and ultrasound equipment in order to obtain images of designated areas.
May perform or assist physicians in carrying out more complex examinations and assisting in sterile procedures. Must follow all MQSA guidelines and maintain current licensure and appropriate CE credits. Serves as a resource person to other radiologic technologists and support staff in resolution of work-related problems and coordinating patient flow.
