Sales Insurance license (Life and Health) must be maintained as required by state law or ability to obtain within 30 days 2+ years working with brokers/consultants Ability to maintain valid driver's license Willingness to travel up to 10%, as required Preferred Qualification: 2+ years of people management experience Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $75,000 - $160,000 annually based on full-time employment.
This role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance.
