Manager, APP-Clinical (MyCare 365)

The Manager, APP Clinical, MyCare365 is responsible for operational performance, and appropriate development of their advanced practice providers (NP and PA) within their group/team/division in a triad partnership with the Medical Director and Practice Manager of the respective WSP/WSG group/division. In addition, this manager is responsible for leading their group/team in the development and execution of operational tactics to achieve aspirational goals for the group; including but not limited to-quality, patient experience, clinical outcomes, financial outcomes, new services, regional development, referral development, clinical operations, and medical staff interactions with the group/team.

In their leadership role, the individual will work closely with other Physician & Advanced Practice Provider Leaders, physicians, APPs, nursing, administration, recruiting, clinical and financial staff, compliance and marketing. The Mgr, APP Clinical, MyCare365 will also serve in a clinical capacity delivering outstanding quality care to the patients within their assigned division and the WakeMed system. The Mgr, APP Clinical, MyCare365 will be expected to utilize a collaborative leadership style to develop WakeMed Health and Hospitals into one that is recognized as a national leader in conjunction with our Mission, Vision and Values.
