Qualifications
✓7-9 years data analysis experience required
✓1-3 years leadership or supervisory experience required
✓1-3 years experience leading cross functional initiatives through prioritization, overall coordination, development, and status-reporting of analytical projects.
✓Strong business acumen, an ability to quickly understand business processes and operational concepts, knowledge of data analysis methodologies with the ability to apply them in an efficient manner to meet business requirements.
✓An inquisitive problem solver with the technical skills to query a variety of data sources.
✓Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to thoroughly document and communicate methods and results.
✓Ability to persuasively present ideas and results.
✓Ability to create financial and statistical analysis, models, or reports to summarize results and projections.
✓Managed Care operations and Healthcare Analytics experience required
✓Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Visio)
✓Data query ability with MS SQL Server
✓Passion for improving analytics reporting and improved outcomes
✓Ability to provide data insights quickly through the proper visualization
Extensive experience using Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) preferred
