Education
✓Required - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred - Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Qualifications
✓Required – 5+ years experience in healthcare operations, patient access, ambulatory operations, provider scheduling, information technology, or a related field, including 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
✓Experience with Epic Cadence, provider schedule, and/or patient access operations, with the ability to leverage data to support operational decision-making, strategic planning, workflow optimization, and organizational performance improvement.
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify trends and recommend operational improvements.
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
✓Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving clinical, operational, and IS stakeholders.
✓Experience with reporting and analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Epic SlicerDicer or similar).
✓Knowledge of healthcare operations, provider scheduling, patient access workflows, and performance metrics.
✓Knowledge of AI-enabled technologies and automation tools that improve operational performance.
✓Strong organizational, project management, and change management skills.
Preferred – 1+ years of experience leading operational analytics, performance improvement, or quality initiatives.
