✓Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Cardiovascular Technology, Business Administration, or related field required
Master’s degree preferred.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 5 years of cardiovascular or cath lab experience required.
✓Strong knowledge of cath lab and EP workflows, cardiovascular procedures, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
✓Knowledge of healthcare billing, inventory management, and operational budgeting.
✓Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR), cardiovascular information systems, and data management platforms.
Minimum of 2–3 years of leadership or management experience in a hospital or procedural care setting preferred.
Experience with ACC accreditation programs, NCDR registries, and quality reporting preferred.
