Manager Clinic Operations - UM

Provides leadership and direction for the patient care delivery systems of a small-to-mid size medical facility within our organization. Assumes direct line responsibility for patient care delivery, ancillary and support services as well as overall accountability for physical plant needs and operational outcomes. Directs, supervises and coordinates all aspects of patient care delivery, focusing on service, patient, employee and physician satisfaction, community relations; as well as marketing and planning to ensure a high level of quality healthcare.

Specific responsibilities include supervising day-to-day operations, with an emphasis on patient care delivery, high quality customer service, staffing, budgeting and efficient allocation and use of available capital and human resources. 2 years Experience managing a medical group office or outpatient facility.

Bachelor's Degree Business or a Healthcare related field of study. Or Comparable combination of education and experience, which includes staff supervision and operations management.
