ResponsibilitiesThis role is Hybrid role at our Corporate office in Plano,TX.

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of HR policies, programs, and employment practices that support organizational objectives and promote a positive team member experience. This role serves as a trusted advisor to corporate leaders and managers, providing guidance on employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance management, compliance, and policy interpretation.

The Human Resources Manager develops and delivers employee and manager education programs, coordinates employment-related legal and administrative filings, oversees corporate onboarding initiatives, and partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support HR systems, programs, and processes. The position helps ensure consistent, compliant, and effective people practices that align with the organization's culture and business goals.

and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and recommend policies/practices.

Manages and resolves employee relations issues, partnering with Sr. HRD on more complex issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.

Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to frontline management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

Works closely with management and team members to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. Identifies training needs for Corporate functions and individual leadership coaching needs.

Performs other related duties as assigned. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and recommend policies/practices. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications A minimum of seven years of employee relations and complex investigations experience required. A minimum of five years of human resource management experience preferred. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Frequent travel to the corporate office and up to 15% overnight travel may be required.
