Qualifications
✓Minimum five years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related discipline required, including experience developing and implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and stewardship models.
✓Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, principles, and best practices, including data stewardship models, data ownership structures, and policy development.
✓Working knowledge of data quality management, metadata management, data lineage, and data classification practices.
✓Familiar knowledge of data governance and data management platforms and tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, or similar) and standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
✓Knowledge of relevant data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA) and their application to enterprise data practices.
✓Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive alignment across senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
