Qualifications
✓Three years supervisory experience with a total of three to four years of clinical experience in multiple modalities.
✓Additional Skills: Thorough knowledge of policies and procedures, computer/information systems, equipment used in assigned departments along with infection control procedures.
✓Possesses abilities in team building, decision making and conflict management.
✓Applies advanced skills in the area of specialization.
✓Ability to network and recruit to gain new talent for the involved centers.
✓Also have the ability to work with clinic administrators, physicians, vendors and corporate departments to make recommendations around replacement equipment when existing equipment is at end of life or when new equipment for new programs is needed.
✓Electronic medical records experience, particularly with EPIC.
✓Honest and personal integrity guides actions.
✓Approaches each service opportunity with a positive, flexible attitude.
Additional Skills: Advanced knowledge of holter/event recorders, implantable loop recorder, pacemaker and defibrillator function. preferred

What We Offer Electrophysiology & Noninvasive Services Manager The Electrophysiology(EP) and Noninvasive Services Manager will provide leadership and is responsible for quality, productivity and efficiency in the Greater Charlotte Market ambulatory EP department. You will share responsibility for accreditations and strategic leadership with EP Medical Director and HVI acute leadership as a member of the Greater Charlotte Region Strategic Council.

Serve as liaison to Heart and Vascular Institute clinics and clinic administrators to support and enhance EP operations. Develop and implement EP strategic growth initiatives for the Charlotte region. Partner with EP leadership to develop and administer EP services across the Charlotte region, with a focus on enhancing the EP patient journey.

Train, educate, and develop new team members in technical positions integral to EP. What We're Looking For

4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.
