Education
✓Bachelor's degree in mechanical, technical, civil or industrial engineering, construction, or other relevant technical field and 5 years of experience required
✓Or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience managing operations and maintenance of large educational or medical facilities required

✓Proficiently in facilities management and engineering management required
✓Ability to negotiate and mediate conflict required
