Education
✓Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Higher Education Administration, or related field required.

Qualifications
✓Seven (7) or more years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, business intelligence, higher education finance, or related areas.
✓Minimum two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience.
✓Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
✓Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and performance management.
✓Understanding of higher education financial operations, student billing, accounts receivable, and institutional loan administration.
✓Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, including student financial aid processes and IRS Form 1098-T reporting.
✓Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, financial systems, and reporting tools.
✓Experience developing dashboards, financial models, and executive-level presentations.
✓Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
✓Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
✓Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
✓Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
✓Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to confidentiality.
