✓Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Research Administration, or a related field required.
Qualifications
✓Up to 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in sponsored projects administration, clinical research finance, grant administration, or research operations.
✓Experience managing federal grant awards and industry-sponsored clinical trials.
✓Experience with clinical trial budgeting, invoicing, payment reconciliation, and revenue cycle management.
✓Experience with CTMS platforms.
✓Experience with research accounting processes.
✓Advanced knowledge of Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) and federal grants management requirements.
✓Understanding of clinical trial billing compliance, coverage analysis, and sponsor-funded research administration.
✓Strong financial management and reconciliation skills.
✓Experience with research accounting and fund management.
✓Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting proficiency.
