Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field from a fully accredited college/university required.
Qualifications
✓Computer proficiency includes Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), ATS, HRIS and LMS.
✓Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws.
✓Thorough knowledge of federal and state, labor and employment laws and regulations such as Fair Labor Standard Act, Civil Rights Act, ADAAA, ERISA.
✓Knowledge of labor relations.
✓Knowledge of The Joint Commission and CMS (Medicare) regulations.
