You’ll need
Licensure
✓Must have a current unencumbered Oregon and Washington Registered Nurse State license. (BSN, MSN, OCN preferred.
Certifications
✓Current BLS through the American Heart Association.
✓ONS Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Provider Card - must obtain within 6 months of hire.
Education
✓Bachelors degree in business, nursing, public health, management or the equivalent required.
Masters Degree preferred

✓General understanding of service line operations and clinical office procedures and practices

✓must have excellent customer service skills
✓Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, including public speaking and leading effective and efficient meetings.
✓Two or more years experience in a progressively increasing managerial/supervisory roles.
✓Physical Demands and Work Environment Conditions / ADA Compliance
knowledge of CPT codes and modifiers preferred.
Managerial experience in hospital, medical group, or clinical settings preferred.
Ambulatory Care experience preferred.
Experience with an oncology patient population preferred.
Familiarity with managing nursing staff is preferred.
