Oversee the process of assuring the clinical competence of personnel. QUALIFICATIONS Associates/RN Diploma For those hired on or before 1/1/2019 BSN required within 3 years, any variation has to be approved by the System CNO - Required Bachelor's Degree Nursing/Patient Care - Required 5 years Nursing/Patient Care - Required 2 years Previous managerial experience with demonstrated leadership skills - Preferred Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board in state of practice - Required Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required Licensure - Nursing Leadership Licensure within 36 months - Preferred Unit Specific Certifications - Franciscan Alliance Required if required by unit: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association - Required Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association - Required if required by unit Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - The American Academy of Pediatrics - Required if required by unit TRAVEL IS REQUIRED: Never or Rarely EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER It is the policy of Franciscan Alliance to provide equal employment to its employees and qualified applicants for employment as otherwise required by an applicable local, state or Federal law.
