Your Leadership in Action A7 is a 29-bed unit within our Comprehensive Stroke Center, caring for stroke, neuro-medical, cardiac, seizure, multisystem failure, and atrial fibrillation patients. This role provides 24/7 operational and clinical leadership for the unit and oversees a team of registered nurses, nursing assistants, nurse technicians, unit clerks, and a Resource Nurse Clinician (Educator). Your Responsibilities Include : Lead the team where people do their best, and engage with a care team to address efficiencies Promote and maintain patient-centered outcomes that are culturally sensitive and inclusive.
Direct and evaluate patient care delivery, ensuring adherence to regulations and clinical guidelines. Empower nurses to be accountable for patient outcomes, providing leadership in setting nursing practice standards. Establish a culture of safety and report liability risks Qualifications What’s Required BSN MHA, MBA or MSN completed in 5 years Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience Additional Information Are you Munson Material?
