Qualifications
✓1 ) 5 years working on construction sites in various capacities including managing subcontractors, material testing and quality controls, estimating, safety and risk management, contract administration and participation in owner design meetings.
✓1 ) Experience managing multiple project teams through the design/pre-construction and construction process.
✓2 ) A clear communicator; able to work across cross-functional teams.
✓3 ) A good relationship builder, with colleagues and external partners.
✓4 ) Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized.
✓5 ) Able to manage multiple projects and project managers while maintaining alignment to Baystate's overall Master Facility Program.
✓6 ) A creative thinker and excellent problem solver.
✓7 ) Able to exercise strong judgment and maintain confidentiality.
✓8 ) Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity, rapid change.
1 ) Knowledge of FGI's Guidelines for design and construction of Health Care Facilities and ASHE 170. Knowledge of The Joint Commission Environment of Care (EC) Standards. Familiarity with Newforma, BIM 360, Revitt, AutoCAD. preferred
