Certifications
Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification preferred.
Education
✓Bachelor's degree in business management, interior design/interior architecture, architecture, construction management, engineering or related field OR progressive related experience in the field (1 year experience equals 1 year of education) required.
Master's degree preferred.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of five years’ experience in building maintenance or related formal training required.
✓Minimum of three years leadership experience required.
✓Demonstrated leadership and management skills required.
✓Moderate to advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, and business case development.
✓Excellent written, verbal communication and public speaking skills.
✓Ability to lead several projects/programs/initiatives simultaneously.
✓Expertise in the areas of Joint Commission regulations including the requirements of Life Safety and Environment of Care Standard preferred.
Joint Commission and CMS experience preferred.
Understand computer management system and spreadsheet. preferred
