Qualifications
✓2+ years of clinical research experience, including oncology clinical trials
✓2+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing research personnel or research operations
✓Experience managing clinical trials across multiple phases, including Phase II, III, and interventional studies
✓Experience working with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and regulatory agencies
✓Solid knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP guidelines, human subject protections, and research compliance requirements
✓Demonstrated success leading clinical research programs and operational initiatives
3+ years of oncology-specific clinical research experience preferred
Experience leading multidisciplinary clinical research teams preferred
Experience supporting research program growth, site development, and strategic initiatives preferred
Lean, process improvement, or healthcare operations experience preferred
Experience participating in successful regulatory inspections or sponsor audits preferred
