8 years recent relevant experience SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Demonstrated health services management knowledge including Service Line Management, Electronic Health Record, marketing, strategic and business planning, marketing principles and contracting. Proven written and verbal communication skills demonstrating interpersonal skills are required in order to coordinate effective area-wide integration that meets service needs as well as administrative, physician, and departmental needs in the various entities.
Knowledge and understanding of Regulatory guidelines, The Joint Commission standards, American College of Surgeons standards, California Department of Public Health, CMS requirements, and Collective Bargaining Agreements. Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building, and coaching/mentoring with the ability to motivate and engage others. Ability to handle difficult circumstances and make sound business decisions with little direction.
Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects while delivering quality service and achieving business results. Thorough understanding of operations and workflows and how department’s process/workflow impacts other department operations. Job

is $135,283.20 to $216,444.80 / annual salary The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program.
