You’ll need
Education
✓High School Diploma/GED with equivalent, 3-4 years of directly relevant experience.
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
Qualifications
✓Experience managing Patient Access or front-end revenue cycle operations within a hospital or large health system.
✓Knowledge of registration, insurance verification, and financial clearance processes.
✓Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
✓Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
✓Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, matrixed organization.
✓Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in Patient Access or revenue cycle operations within a hospital or large health system.
Experience working in a unionized healthcare environment preferred.
Experience with EPIC preferred.
