In cooperation with the leadership team, the Manager will be instrumental in developing plans, policies, and procedures to efficiently provide quality care. What qualifications you will need: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State which you practice or must hold Compact/Multi-State RN License Associates Degree in Nursing required or if currently not completed a BSN program then must enrolled within 6 months of hire into position and completed within 2 years is required; BSN Degree preferred A current BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association (AHA or American Red Cross) are required 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting required; 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience required Benefits HCA Florida Memorial Hospital, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
