✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Active clinical license in clinical field in state of Massachusetts.
Certifications
✓Assures licensing certification for all caregivers are current.
✓Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements.
Education
✓Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Bachelor’s degree in relevant clinical field.
Master’s degree in Nursing or related field. preferred
Qualifications
✓A minimum of three years of directly related work experience in field of specialty in a hospital or healthcare environment.
✓Has demonstrated leadership potential.
✓Must have proven project management, team building, and presentation skills.
✓Exceptional analytical skills are necessary to perform various data analysis techniques, review statistical data for the purpose of departmental planning and control, in the preparation and maintenance of budgets and in problem solving.
✓Must possess the interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) to provide effective participative leadership and to interact with patients, families, physicians, and other visitors and staff.
✓Strong problem-solving skills.
✓Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
