Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or business-related field. preferred
Qualifications
✓Five (5) years of administrative experience, including at least three (3) years of supervisory experience.
✓Proficiency and advanced skills in computer software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation applications.
✓Working knowledge of patient satisfaction metrics and data analysis.
✓Understanding of budgeting processes and profit and loss concepts.
✓At least three (3) years of customer service experience.
✓Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
✓Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
✓Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
✓Ability to work independently and collaboratively to accomplish departmental and organizational goals.

About the role

The Manager, Perioperative and Procedural Assets provides oversight for asset management and logistics across Perioperative and Procedural Services. This role provides operational leadership including process redesign and improvement, workflow and logistics analysis, equipment management, and capital planning.
