This role will be full-time Monday- Friday variable |Sign-on Bonus & relocation assistance eligible. Supports the senior director of pharmacy, director of operations, and the acute care pharmacy director. Mentors and develops a team of clinical pharmacists. Provides direction and guidance for safe processing and dispensing of all medication for assigned areas.

Helps to develop quality improvement initiatives and ensures adherence to quality measures. Manages various personnel functions such as hiring, training, performance appraisals, payroll, scheduling, coaching, rounding, disciplinary actions, and terminations, and adequate Completes and documents inspections of all assigned medication storage areas monthly.

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent.
