Under the direction of the Site Director, the Manager, Radiation Oncology Services is responsible for the organization and development of high performing teams and oversight of all technical, clinical and clinical support services personnel (i.e. radiation therapist, nursing, clerical). The Mgr, Radiation Oncology Srvc is accountable for meeting the operational, financial and quality objectives of the clinical and clinical support teams and identifies opportunities to implement best practice approaches and introduce innovations to better address needs across the continuum of care.
The manager will collaborate with local hospital leadership and Oncology (Business Unit #3) Network Care Transformation Services to identify, measure and improve all metrics for maximizing patient outcomes and position HMH oncology program for success in value base care. Qualifications Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 5 years of progressive leadership experience Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: Bachelor`s degree in Healthcare Management.
Previous management experience. Licenses and Certifications Required: Current New Jersey license as a Radiation Therapy Technologist. Registered by the ARRT in Radiation Therapy.
