- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Develops specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. Assesses the quality of patient care and coordinates services with patients and healthcare providers. Manages staff relations and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
