Advance Patient Care . As the OR Manager, you'll partner with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nursing leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical care while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. Our team supports a broad range of specialties, including bariatric weight loss, colorectal, general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, pediatric surgery, plastics, podiatry, robotic surgery, and urology .
How you’ll contribute Provide leadership and oversight for daily Operating Room operations and staff. Promote a culture of patient safety, quality, and service excellence. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders to optimize surgical services and patient outcomes.
Support staff development, engagement, recruitment, retention, and performance management. Monitor staffing, scheduling, productivity, and departmental operations. Drive quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance efforts.
Manage resources effectively to support operational and financial goals. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment focused on teamwork and professional growth.

What we’re looking for Applicants should have a current Montana RN license or Compact RN License with Montana endorsement, and possess an Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school.
Additional requirements include:
Master’s degree (nursing or relevant field) preferred
BLS, PALS and ACLS required
Previous Operating Room nursing experience required; Progressive leadership experience in perioperative services preferred.
Strong knowledge of surgical workflows, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements, excellent communication, critical thinking, and team-building skills.
