You’ll need
Education
✓High School Diploma/G.E.D.
Bachelor Degree in Nursing, Engineering, Behavioral Science, Business, Hospital Administration, or related field preferred
Qualifications
✓Four (4) years of progressive responsibility in hospital operations or related field.
✓Knowledge of TJC accreditation policies, practices, management and regulatory law.
✓Must have a good understanding of Incident Command System, emergency planning, preparedness, response and recovery in regard to emergency management.
✓Must have HazMat awareness and preparation training.
✓Must be able to work with community organizations in educating citizens regarding emergency preparedness.
✓Must have strong planning, program development, and program implementation skills.
