- Digital Operations Essential Job Duties: Monitoring social networking sites and interacting with customers, moderating online conversations, creating content and sparking discussion Digital performance reporting and insightful analysis clients to drive greater audience engagement Developing and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, coordinating efforts to maximize campaign goals and objectives Creating and managing digital production schedules and content calendars Coordinates efforts with digital vendors and contract support Supporting other marketing functions as needed (i.e., signage coordination, event management and department representation) Aptitude for market research, analysis and campaign evaluation with the ability to translate quantitative information into creative strategies
College degree in journalism, public relations, communications, radio/television/multimedia or government relations preferred. 5 years’ experience in digital media required; healthcare/hospital marketing exposure strongly preferred Experience in the execution, analysis and optimization of digital marketing programs and campaigns including CRM management Proven experiencing in writing, managing and publishing content for email, web and social media platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy of content.
Experience planning and creating social media content and use of content management systems Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Savvy communication skills with internal teams, clients and outside partners/vendors Reliable, professional, assertive, extremely organized with keen attention to detail Please note that the salary information provided on the career site for this position opening may not necessarily reflect the accurate compensation associated with the role.
