You’ll need
Licensure
✓Valid state massage therapy license and certification from an accredited institution.
Certifications
Current certification in CPR and basic first aid (preferred), along with a willingness to participate in ongoing training and continuing education to stay abreast of industry advancements and best practices.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a massage therapist in a similar setting.
✓Strong anatomical knowledge and understanding of human physiology, enabling the therapist to assess clients' conditions accurately and provide appropriate therapeutic interventions.
✓Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and hygiene in all aspects of massage therapy practice.
✓Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
✓Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for promoting health and wellness through massage therapy.
Proficiency in a diverse range of massage modalities, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, and aromatherapy, with the ability to tailor treatments to address clients' specific needs and preferences. preferred
