Med Tech/Caregiver - 2nd Shift The Palmettos of Charleston The Palmettos of Charleston is seeking a reliable and compassionate Med Tech/Caregiver to join our weekend team. You will provide resident care under the supervision of an RN or LPN, support daily living needs, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
