Our Primary Care team in North Conway is seeking a compassionate and motivated Medical Assistant to join our busy Primary Care, Family/Internal Medicine & Pediatrics practice. In this position you wil be supporting our Behavioral Health patients. As part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients of all ages—from newborns to older adults. You’ll work alongside a supportive team of providers and staff who value collaboration, compassion, and patient-centered care. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
High School diploma or GED preferred. Must meet one of the following
Graduated from an accredited vocational institution or community college in Medical Assisting with 160 hours of clinical experience completed; or completion of an Adult Education Medical Assistant program and 6 months of clinical experience in a practice setting; or 1 year of clinical experience in a multi-provider practice setting (equivalent experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. License/Certifications: Current AAMA, NHA, AMT, NCCT, or NREMT certification preferred.
Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Fully remote care team members are exempt from BLS certification requirement. A NH Med Tech License, or NH EMT and National Registry EMT license is required for those positions located in New Hampshire.
Relevant experience as a Medical Assistant preferred. The pay range for this position is $21.09 to $27.12 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
